Patria pools with a skimmer are embedded in the ground up to the top edge. The water level reaches a maximum height of 10 cm below the upper edge of the pool, where there is an opening designed for water drainage, i.e. the skimmer.
Water is drawn from the skimmer by the filtration circulation pump and passes through a sand filter, where coarse impurities are captured. It is then pushed to the recirculation nozzles, which discharge the water so that the dirt from the pool reaches the skimmer area as quickly as possible. Then the whole cycle is repeated.
The chemical treatment of water in this type of pool takes place either by placing a chlorine tablet in a float that floats on the surface of the pool, or by throwing it into the “basket” of the skimmer. For automatic water treatment, an automatic dispenser is placed on the discharge pipe.
